A Supportive Cousin

One person that appreciates my scrapbooking is my cousin Carmen. She allowed me to scrapbook baby Jake. I have not done any pages recently, but I have plans in the near future to pick that back up again. Scrapbooking about myself lately has gotten boring once again, so it is nice to spice things up.

I enjoyed all the layering involved in this layout. There were pieces from Crate Paper and Simple Stories collections. They had the perfect shade of oranges, yellows and pinks. I even used the white gel pen on a sticker from the Yes Please sticker pack. The Sassafras patterned paper has so many layers already; it creates a lot more depth.
